Montana Perendales aims are: To breed aggressive fossickers which can survive and thrive in harsh conditions, producing multiple lambs which are quick maturing, well muscled, high yielding and good grading. Commercial ewes are lambing 155–163% (ewes to ram). Average mating weight 66kg. Ewes are easy care, have good conformation and constitution. Nil drenching of adult sheep.
