The partnership was formed in 2004 to increase the genetic base. All sheep are recorded and emphasis is placed on sheep that are highly muscled, well boned, with fast weight gain and a high quality, heavy fleece, while still maintaining the breed characteristics of fertility, mothering ability, hardiness and easy care. The property also runs Southdown and Dorset Down sheep studs plus Beef Shorthorn and Charolais cattle studs.
