Performance records are now totally relevant. DNA tested for footrot tolerance. DNA tested (Wormstar TM) for parasite resistance. Scanned for muscle area and lean growth. Pregnancy scanning Av 180% with Av 10% 'wastage'. At Mt Guardian we strive to breed a moderate-sized, muscled sheep that will efficiently produce meat and wool.
